Spanish Course in Spain, in Granada

If you are looking to study Spanish in Spain for a semester, a year or your whole exchange, this page tells you plainly what it costs, what it includes and how the Clinic turns Granada —one of the most affordable university cities in the country— into your classroom. You can start online today, with your first month free.

A year (or a semester) of Spanish in Spain

Most international students who come to Spain for a long course want three things: to genuinely improve —not just pass—, to live the culture from the inside, and for the numbers to add up. Granada delivers all three: a human-scale university city with over 50,000 students and one of the largest Erasmus communities in Europe, and a cost of living clearly below Madrid or Barcelona.

The Clinic is not an academy of chairs in rows. It is an immersive platform that works from A1 to C2 following the Instituto Cervantes curriculum, with the city as its method: routes with missions you complete by talking to real people, cultural pharmacies, a film lab and Espacio V Centenario, a game that turns the history of Granada into personal memory.

Online now; in person, very soon

Let us be honest about what exists today: the full platform is available online right now, and it works whether you are already in Granada or preparing to arrive. The in-person immersive programme (with a classroom in the city) is on the way and will open enrolment soon; leave us your interest and we will let you know.

The advantage of starting online before you come: you arrive in Spain with your diagnosis done, your level placed and a treatment already underway — not from zero on day one.

How the method works

Our medical metaphor is serious: you start with a language diagnosis (skills, grammar, comprehension), you leave with concrete areas to improve and a tailored treatment —pills and doses from the medicine cabinet, Grammar Surgery for your recurring error, corrected writing (the first piece instantly by AI, then by your teacher)— and La Doctora, the AI tutor, explains from your mother tongue: she knows what an English, French, Arabic or Japanese speaker typically gets wrong, because we do not all fail at the same things.

How much does it cost? (no surprises)

Online enrolment is among the most affordable you will find for a serious course in Spain. Launch price until 31 December and for the first 50 students; the price you join at is kept for as long as you renew.

International student questions

How long is the course? Can I do a semester or a year?Abrir ▾

The platform does not expire by term: you pay monthly or yearly and study at your own pace, so it fits a semester, an academic year or a gap year equally well. The in-person programme will have its own dates when enrolment opens.

Do I need a minimum level?Abrir ▾

No. We work from A1 to C2 following the Instituto Cervantes; the initial diagnosis places your real level and the treatment adapts to you.

Is it valid for a student visa?Abrir ▾

A study visa for Spain is normally processed by a centre with accredited in-person hours. The online platform is your preparation and support; for the in-person programme with enrolment paperwork, write to us and we will inform you according to the intake.

Can I combine it with university or Erasmus?Abrir ▾

Yes: the platform works at any hour and was designed with UGR and Erasmus students in mind. When the in-person track opens, it will concentrate its hours into a few days to keep the rest of the week free.

What if I don’t drink alcohol or eat halal?Abrir ▾

Granada is a comfortable city for you and we say it plainly: alcohol-free tapas culture, halal options and an Andalusí heritage that makes many Arab students feel at home.
