Punto Violeta
A safe space, built into every activity. Because studying abroad also means feeling protected.
Since its founding proposal, the Clínica includes a Punto Violeta (Violet Point): a support space for women and for anyone who may feel vulnerable to harassment or violence. It is not a poster on a wall: it is a commitment that travels with us to every activity, every route and every classroom.
In every activity
At every in-person activity, the person in charge is your support contact: you can turn to them for yourself or for someone else. We will listen, we will believe you and we will stand by you, confidentially.
With real resources
Inside the app, the Punto Violeta gathers Spain’s official help resources (112, 016 — which leaves no trace on your phone bill —, 024) and the local ones in Granada and the UGR, explained clearly for international students.
It is also educational
Equality and mutual respect are part of the programme, like grammar or tapas: they come up naturally in our activities and debates, because learning a language is also learning to live together.
- ✓A support contact at every in-person activity
- ✓Official help resources, clearly explained (112, 016, 024)
